Welcome to NEWtrition Solution

My journey into health and wellness began in my mid-30s after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. My doctor explained that those who manage it best are often the ones who commit to a healthy lifestyle. That advice changed everything for me.​

I began learning how to support my body through nutrition and daily habits, and over time, that became a way of living, not just something I was trying to fix. In fact, friends and family started coming to me for guidance, and with a background in education, helping others apply what actually works felt like a natural next step.​

 

Years later, I entered another turning point, menopause, and once again had to adjust. What used to work no longer did.​ Like so many women, I found myself asking: Why do I feel this way? And what actually helps?​

 

That experience deepened my belief that health needs to be simple, supportive, and adaptable — especially in this stage of life.​​​

 

Today, I’m a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach and the creator of The Nourished Home Method, a 12-week 1:1 coaching experience designed to help busy moms feel like themselves again and create healthier habits at home.​

 

Most women aren’t doing anything wrong. They’re just overwhelmed, under-supported, and trying to piece together too much information.​

 

I’m also a mom of three grown children, and watching them make healthy choices on their own is one of the most meaningful parts of my journey. It’s a reminder that what we model every day matters — not through perfection, but through consistency and how we show up.

 

​That’s why I do this work: to help moms feel better, have more steady energy, improve digestion, and create a way of living that feels normal. Because when a mom feels supported, it changes everything for her and for her home.
